OrderingYou can order through our secure online store or place your order by calling PUR BÉBÉ at (877) 850-3313 . We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We make every effort to have all orders shipped within two business days, following payment authorization. Orders received on U.S. holidays will be shipped the next business day. Order Status Orders shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) First Class & Priority mail, will be assigned a tracking number which will be e-mail ed to you when the order is shipped. In most cases we also provide you with an estimated delivery date. Shipping and Handling We use the US Postal Service (USPS) to ship purchases unless requested to do otherwise. Always FREE SHIPPING on orders of $50.00 or more! Please note that orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, so please provide a valid postal address during checkout.
Sales Tax If you are a resident of California, you will be charged the applicable state and local sales tax. Out of Stock Items If an item is not in stock that you would like to purchase, please find the product on our website and select the “Please notify me when item is available” link, so that we can contact you as soon as we have the style, size or color of item that you are requesting. return your purchase, please contact us at customer_service@purbebe.com. Pur Bébé will provide postage paid
shipping materials in which you can return the items You
may exchange an item for something of equal value or you will be given
store credit in the amount of the retail value of any returned items. Sorry,
shipping charges are not refundable. If you request a cash refund in the
place of store credit you will be charged a 7.5% restocking fee. All sales of clearance and closeout merchandise are final. |
