You can order through our secure online store or place your order by calling PUR BÉBÉ at (877) 850-3313 . We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

We make every effort to have all orders shipped within two business days, following payment authorization.  Orders received on U.S. holidays will be shipped the next business day.



Order Status

If you choose to have your order shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail, you will not be able to track your order in transit. We will notify you when the order is mailed and provide an estimated delivery date.

Shipping and Handling
We use the US Postal Service (USPS) to ship purchases unlesss requested to do otherwise. FREE SHIPPING is avialble for orders over $100.

Please note that orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, so please provide a valid postal address during checkout.

Sales Tax
If you are a resident of California, you will be charged the applicable state and local sales tax.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is not in stock that you would like to purchase, please find the product on our website and select the “Please notify me when item is available” link, so that we can contact you as soon as we have the style, size or color of item that you are requesting.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange or return your purchase, please contact us. You will be given store credit in the amount of any returned items. Please note, shipping charges are not refundable. If you request a cash refund in the place of store credit you will be charged a 7.5% restocking fee.
